An anti-touting petition, launched just over a week ago and sponsored by Mumford & Sons manager Adam Tudhope has amassed over 34,000 signatures.
“We were told that hitting 10,000 signatures would be difficult and we’re at nearly 35,000,” said Tudhope, speaking to Music Week.
He added that the petition was launched “to give the music-loving public a voice to air their disgust at how they’re being ripped off by the industrial scale harvesting of tickets by touts”.
